We are a workshop based business and only offer call out servicing and repairs to customers who have purchased their machine from us as part of our PPM service agreement. The best services are always carried out in a workshop enviroment and you're welcome to bring your machine to us as many do.
We service and repair many well known brands of commercial coffee machine including La Spaziale, Conti, La Cimbali, Rancilio, Expobar, Astoria CMA, San Remo, Fracino etc and some not so well known ones like SAB and BFC and Cime. We have accounts with many of the most popular coffee machine main dealers in the UK so have a good supply chain of genuine parts for your machine.
Yes we can service and repair commercial coffee bean grinders and have a good supply of burrs and parts for all the best known makes.
For commercial customers we can offer a loan machine if we have one available whilst yours is being serviced.
We don't currently service or repair bean to cup automatic machines.
